YourPilotGuide LLC is not affiliated with any airline. All airline names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

User-Submitted Content

Gouges and other submissions are provided by users. Content may be incomplete or inaccurate and is intended as informal study material only. Users are responsible for verifying information with official airline, FAA, or company sources. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.

No Guarantees / No Advice

We do not guarantee interview outcomes or the accuracy of any content. Nothing on this site constitutes official airline guidance, FAA guidance, legal advice, safety guidance, or employment advice. You remain solely responsible for complying with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourPilotGuide LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including reliance on any content.

If liability is found despite this disclaimer, the total liability of YourPilotGuide LLC to you is limited to the amount you paid to use the site in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or $0 if you paid nothing.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share access. The site currently has no paywall; if fees are introduced in the future, they will be disclosed in advance.

Submissions

Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information about others.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that the submission reflects your original interview experience, is written in your own words, and does not copy, reproduce, or derive from any other website, paid service, forum, or proprietary source.

By submitting content, you grant YourPilotGuide LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, edit, and distribute the submission in connection with the operation of the site. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YourPilotGuide LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your submissions, your use of the site, or your violation of these terms, including the posting of confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted material you did not have the right to share.

Reminders & Email

If you opt in to interview reminders, we may send emails to the address you provide regarding interview dates or follow-up. You may delete your account at any time to stop future emails.

Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, spam, abuse, or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass security measures, or interfere with site operations.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if necessary to protect the site or other users.

Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes related to the site shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

YourPilotGuide LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the site infringes your copyright, please send a notice including:
